The ClaudiaBea Ryser Arts in the Line of Life (CBR ALL) and the website artsinthelineoflife.com and Claudia Bea Ryser and the website claudiabearyser.com are all divisions of Claudia Bea Ryser and Holding Space Inc.

By accessing any areas of the claudiabearyser.com and artsinthelineoflife.com and/or by purchasing any course or product, users are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and other policies and guidelines identified throughout the Web sites.

Online and In-person Courses, Soulalignment or Soulconnection

All purchases are final. We do not refund, transfer or defer and all courses, workshops and classes must be completed as purchased and specified.

ClaudiaBeaRyser.com &Artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) assumes no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.  Personal arrangements, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from events, accommodation and food, and travel insurance are the attendee’s own responsibility and risk.

By attending Claudia Bea Ryser, ClaudiaBeaRyser.com & Arts in the Line of Life (artsinthelineoflife.com, ALL)  events (online & in-person), you assume all risks related to your participation. You release for yourself, your heirs and your executor any claim against Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) and its employees and agents from liability resulting from injury or accidents occurring during any course, workshop or event.

Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com and artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) reserves the right to cancel a course within 21-days in advance of the program date. Participants will be notified of other program dates they may transfer to at no additional cost to the participant. Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations. We recommend travel insurance for your travel and accommodation, particularly if you have booked flights to courses.

 

Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & and artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) assumes approval to use photographs that may be taken during your class, in promotional materials, unless otherwise notified by you.

In cases where Claudia is a guest speaker or teacher offering courses, workshops and events through other providers, all inquiries regarding bookings, attendance and terms and conditions must be made to the third-party organizer of the event. Neither Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com nor artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) is responsible for the administration and production of these courses and events.

Audio and video clips are the property of Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com &artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) and are protected by the laws of Switzerland and international copyright laws.

Cancellation
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel for any reason, Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) will retain all deposits and payments previously paid.  You agree that cancellation constitutes a breach of your obligations to Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) and that retention of the deposits and payments as a cancellation fee is fair and reasonable.

Non-Performance
Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) shall not be liable for non-performance when such non-performance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, government (Federal, State & Municipal) regulations of, or restrictions upon travel or transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control of Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL), preventing or interfering with Claudia Bea Ryser, claudiabearyser.com & artsinthelineoflife.com (ALL) performance.

Media Release
By enrolling as a user of claudiabearyser.com and artsinthelineoflife.com for either online or in-person or ALL courses, you grant permission to Claudia Bea Ryser and Holding Space Inc., to use your image (photographs and/or video), voice, music and artwork of any type as are visible in the videos of each course for use in Media publications including: Videos, Website and/or Affiliates, Newsletters, Magazines, Email Blasts, Education Purposes and any other General Publications. 

You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

You further agree to not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any such content nor may you distribute a part of this content over any network, sell or offer for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of database of any media publications by Claudia Bea Ryser and Holding Space, Inc., without prior written permission from Claudia Bea Ryser and Holding Space, Inc.

Refund policy
Products: You may return new or unopened physical product items sold directly by Holding Space, Inc. on www.claudiabearyser.com or www.artsinthelineoflife.com website within 30 days for a full refund. 
Refunds will not be given for downloaded files including but not limited to music, meditations, courses and original works of art.

Courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be completed as purchased and specified.

Items are shipped back to Holding Space, Inc. at your own expense. We strongly advise that you purchase proof of postage, shipment tracking or insurance when you ship items for return as Holding Space, Inc. will not be held responsible for any items which are lost by any mail carrier or courier.

Disclaimer of warranties
The information and products on this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. STUDENT COMMITMENTS

At claudiabearyser.com & Arts in the Line of Life (ALL), everyone from teachers, staff, colleagues, and students, agree to abide by our non-disclosure agreements.


NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This agreement is made for Claudia Bea Ryser, Holding Space Inc. & Arts in the Line of Life both online, digital, and in-person between student (you) and Claudia Bea Ryser, Holding Space, Inc., and Arts in the Line of Life (ALL).

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by Claudia Bea Ryser & Arts in the Line of Life (ALL) and the Student of certain Confidential Information, including but not limited to course material, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to Claudia Bea Ryser, Holding Space, Inc. and ALL courses.

The Student hereby agrees that:

• The Student shall not disclose any business or personal information given verbally or in written form during the course of study, including but not excluded to, cost information, accounting and unpublished financial information, business plans, customer lists and customer information, purchasing techniques, supplier lists and supplier information and marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans, information relating to persons including Claudia Bea Ryser, ALL staff or any other persons mentioned or alluded to during the course.

• The Student shall not directly or indirectly acquire any interest in, or design, create, manufacture, sell, teach or otherwise deal with any item or product, containing, based upon or derived from the information, except as may be expressly agreed to in writing by Claudia Bea Ryser.

 

Claudia Bea Ryser & Arts in the Line of Life (ALL) will be entitled to obtain an injunction to prevent threatened or continued violation of this Agreement, but failure to enforce this agreement will not be deemed a waiver of this Agreement.

 
STUDENT PLEDGE

This agreement is made for Claudia Bea Ryser; Holding Space Inc. & Arts in the Line of Life both online, digital, and in-person between student (you) and Claudia Bea Ryser, Holding Space Inc., and Arts in the Line of Life (ALL).

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by Claudia Bea Ryser; Holding Space, Inc. and ALL and the Student of certain Confidential Information, including but not limited to course material, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to Claudia Bea Ryser, Holding Space, Inc. and ALL courses.

I understand that in taking a Claudia Bea Ryser or Arts in the Line of Life (ALL)  course, I must take full responsibility for my course work and take ownership in my ability to take this class.

Age of Maturity: I understand Claudia Bea Ryser & ALL  courses are intended for adults, 18+ only and that Claudia encourages persons under the age of 18 to wait to unfold any psychic or mediumship gifts until they have reached a greater age of maturity.

​I understand that by purchasing, opting in, or participating in Claudia Bea Ryser & Arts in the Line of Life (ALL) courses, I am agreeing that I am 18 years or older and am of a mature age to study the offered course material.

Time Zones
I understand that all communication about times and/or schedules via email, Facebook or website forum are always GMT +1 and not the time zone I reside and/or am traveling in.

Tech Pledge
It is my sole responsibility to ensure I have access, use and familiarity with all forms of technology required for my successful participation in this course such as: Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, Adobe Flash Player, Thinkific and other current software requirements.
 
Homework
I understand that it is my responsibility to turn my homework in on a timely manner as directed.  I understand that by not undertaking or submitting any required coursework I could fail to complete the course and I understand that Claudia’s goal is to keep me on a timely path. Late homework exceptions are considered made for illness, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.
